Southern Dental is run by a Board of Directors.
This board is comprised of: CEO, Clinical Director, Director of Business Development, Operations Director and Finance Director.
The CEO and his team: Clinical Director, Director of Business Developement, Operations Director, Tendering and Acquisitions Manager.
Working with and for these Directors we have several core department functions as detailed below:
Finance Manager and his team: Financial Controller, Senior Management Accountant, 2 x Management Accounts, Purchase Ledger and Payroll Assistant.
Operations Director and his team:
- Human Resources: HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Administrator, Recruitment and Selection Advisor, Recruiter.
- Payroll
- Facilities and Procurement: Head of Procurement and Facilites, Procurement and Facilites Manager.
- Compliance: Compliance and Complaints Manager and Inspections Co-ordinator
- Operations: Area Managers and then all the Practice Managers
