Patient Survey
On a regular basis a sample of each dentist’s patients are contacted to seek their views and opinions on their last visit to the practice, with a view to gathering all feednack whether positive or negative.
This feedback then informs the personal and practice development plans, and our practice’s future aspirations.
Every practice also has a comprehensive complaints policy to ensure that any negative patient feedback is dealt with in a responsive and proper manner, and within Southern Dental’s tightly defined timescales – to ultimately ensure patient satisfaction.
