Dental Nurses:
- Induction into the company, practice, NHS Dental Services (if required) and clinical induction and assessment.
- IM&T (including training on our R4 practice software system).
- Subsidised Training leading to GDC professional registration.
- Training on 3 core CPD modules.
- Access to additional training.
- Consistent mentoring and support from the Clinical Team.
- A Personal Development Plan will be produced for every Dental Nurse and training will be arranged/supplied as required.
