In house training supplied for:
- Medical Emergencies
- Disinfection and Decontamination
- Handling Complaints
- Induction into the company, practice, NHS Dental Services (if required) and clinical induction and assessment
- IM&T (including training on our R4 practice software system)
- Various Cosmetic training opportunities
In addition we will assist dentists with the following:
- Clinical Direction and Mentoring
- Annual Clinical Conference with many guest speakers
- Compliance Measures
- Organising Radiography and Radiation Protection Training
A Personal Development Plan will be produced for every Dentist and training will be arranged/supplied as required.
